Hopefully you have a contractor that stipulates in the timeline and adds a few extra days, because all the variables that are unseen will happen. Timelines really reflect the experience of the contractor and being conscientious, because most people will abide by that timeline.

So if you can give them a few extra days grace period to accomplish all those unforeseen things, you should always accomplish a task within a given timeline. So for us, we’re always ahead of the timeline schedule. I don’t think in one project in seven years we’ve been over the timeline. So, that is something we can deliver on.
